  • Role & Responsibilities: The Strategy Consultant role encompasses different roles and responsibilities depending on the project — every project has its own unique focus! In the past, projects have honed in on market research, brand position, creative campaign ideation, digital marketing, user experience, and more.

    Skills: Market Research (SWOT Analysis), Business Strategy, Market Entry, Competitive Positioning, SEO, Paid Advertising, Social Media Marketing, A/B Testing, Agile Sprints, Copywriting,

    Platforms & Tools: Excel, Google Suite, Facebook & Google Ads, Tableau, Qualtrics, Notion, Slack

  • Role & Responsibilities:

    • Create various materials for print and digital collateral, working across different fields like advertising, digital design, illustration, UI/UX and branding

    • Prepare rough drafts and present creative ideas, and amend designs after feedback

    • Work collaboratively in a team to ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule

    • Encourage others to share their ideas and nurture creativity

FAQs

  • Applications are collected through a Google Form. If there’s a fit, we’ll reach out to you to schedule an interview. Within the following week, you will receive a decision. All applicants will receive a decision via email and feedback is available upon request.

  • Yes, just be sure to research each position prior to applying and know why you’re a good fit.

  • We are open to all majors. We pride ourselves in sourcing talent from diverse backgrounds – from Environmental Science to Economics and everything in between.

  • No. We look for highly curious students willing to go above and beyond to learn. Although previous experience can show this, personal projects, and other experiences can as well!

  • Gaucho Creative is a space that creates leaders and collaborators. We’re looking for strong students with a creative and analytical approach.

    If you’re applying for a design position, we highly recommend a portfolio or folder to showcase your work. We want to see your creative vision - think of this as a chance for you to showcase your talents!

  • Depending on the needs of the client, you’ll be grouped with approximately 8 other Strategy Consultants and Designers. You’ll also have access to a Project Manager and Account Manager, who are there to support your learning and assist with any and all communication between you and the client.
